Ingredients
- 20-22 oz. cauliflower
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 2 oz. butter
Directions:
- Blend cauliflower and set aside
- In a skillet melt butter, add cauliflower and cook for 8-10 minutes
- Add turmeric and salt while cooking
- When ready remove and serve
