Breakfast Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 2 cups bell peppers
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- ½ cup spinach
- ¼ cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ham
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 F
- In a bowl combine spinach, green onion, eggs, salt, milk, cheese, ham and whisk well
- Lay the peppers in a greased baking dish
- Divide the green onion mixture between the peppers and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 50 minutes or until eggs are done
- When ready remove and serve
